All our products are handcrafted so variations are normal in size, thread colour, fabric dye-lot, and design execution. The images on this website represent our best efforts at capturing these elements but the actual product may be slightly different.
We understand how important it is to find the perfect linen combination for your home, and as such are happy to facilitate returns to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Linen must be returned in the same condition it was sent out to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in a re-saleable condition. Please especially ensure pets and pet hair do not come into contact with the product and that it is kept in a smoke-free environment while it is in your care. We reserve the right to withhold the cost of a dry-cleaning service if we find the linen is not in a re saleable condition and requires cleaning
In the unlikely event that you have received a product that is faulty, please get in touch as directly, so we can rectify this issue for you as soon as possible. Please note that our products are handcrafted so there will be variations
Change of Mind
We will happily facilitate a return where the goods are unused, unwashed and unmarked and are returned within 30 days of being received. For a change of mind returns, SUMMERHOUSE LINEN is not responsible for the cost of return postage. To ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible, please write your return confirmation number clearly on the front of your return package, and include your invoice in your return.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. Full refunds will be processed once products are received and inspected. Refunds will be processed after your order being received by our warehouse.

Please choose carefully as we are unable to accept any requests for refunds, returns or exchanges on our sale items.
We are unable to make any amendments to or cancel orders once they have been placed during a sale.
A $10 flat rate charge for shipping will be added at checkout. Free shipping is not applicable to sale items.
Any codes or offers cannot be applied to discounted items.
New Zealand orders are subject to 15% Goods and Services Tax, included in the prices shown.
Duties, taxes, and any import fees for all international orders are not prepaid by SUMMERHOUSE LINEN. Customers will be liable for all import duties and taxes levied by the country your order has been shipped to. These will be due at the time of or after delivery. SUMMERHOUSE LINEN is not liable for these charges and these charges will not be reimbursed or refunded by SUMMERHOUSE LINEN.
